All passengers travelling out of Kabul on Emirates, except children 12 years old and below or passengers with moderate or severe disability, must present a negative COVID-19 PCR test result certificate at the time of check-in. Bring an official printed certificate – SMS and digital certificates are not accepted.

Passengers must bring along their Emirates booking details and passport to take the COVID-19 PCR test. The test must be conducted up to 4 days prior to travel (96 hours maximum) at Emirates authorised health centres. Passengers will bear the costs of the test and certificate. Once they receive the test results, passengers must contact the local Emirates contact centre or office at least 24 hours (one day) before departure to ensure that their test details are validated and included in their booking. Passengers without a valid COVID-19 PCR test result certificate and Emirates validation remarks may be denied boarding without compensation.

Passengers will also be required to undergo a COVID-19 PCR test on arrival at Dubai International airport.
