Travel to Bangladesh
Passengers must submit a health card to the Health Authorities in the arrival hall.

Bangladeshi nationals or Bangladeshi origin foreign passport holders with a ‘No visa require for Bangladesh’ stamp or sticker in their passport must carry a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate or COVID-19 symptom free certificate in English issued within 72 hours of travel. Without this certificate there will be a mandatory 14-day quarantine in a government-approved quarantine centre.
All foreign passport holders must have BD visa on their passports to enter Bangladesh. All foreign nationals with a valid visa for Bangladesh must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate issued within 72 hours of travel. Visa on arrival is currently restricted and only allowed for foreign investors with the necessary documentation and a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate issued within 72 hours of travel.
Travel from Bangladesh
If you are a UAE resident flying to Dubai from Bangladesh, you must first check you are eligible to travel to the UAE on ICA Smart Services website. This is in addition to GDRFA approval for Dubai residence visa holders. If you are not eligible you will not be able to travel. Effective 26 July 2020, all passengers (foreign passport holders and Bangladeshi citizens) travelling to international destinations from any airport in Bangladesh must obtain a COVID-19 PCR test certificate from the approved hospitals or organisations listed by division below. The test must be conducted 72 hours before departure. Passengers must carry a copy of the negative COVID-19 PCR test result certificate and will also be required to undergo a COVID-19 PCR test on arrival in Dubai. Bring an official printed certificate – SMS and digital certificates are not accepted.
