The Germans call it Spargelzeit. The Dutch call it Aspergetijd. In English it means white asparagus season. From 16 May to 15 June you can share in this culinary experience on selected routes* with seasonal white asaparagus on the menu. Savour an appetiser of white asparagus salad with radish, peppers and seasonal greens followed by a pan-fried salmon, poached white asparagus and potted shrimps with steamed dill potatoes and a drizzle of hollandaise.
