How to Earn
Earn Skywards Miles when you book your next stay at over 29 million properties globally. Booking must be made via emirates.com to earn Skywards Miles.
To be eligible for the Miles, the Emirates Skywards membership number must be entered in the correct format.

- You can earn 1 Skywards Mile per 1 Euro spent on all bookings, inclusive of taxes.
- Booking must be made via emirates.com to earn Miles. Bookings made directly on Booking.com will not earn any Miles.
- To be eligible for the Miles, the Emirates Skywards membership number must be entered in the correct format, without spaces and without the EK prefix. The format must be 11-digit format, with prefix ‘00’ for a 9-digit membership number, and prefix ‘0’ for a 10-digit membership number. Providing the number in an incorrect format will result in ineligibility for earning Miles.
- Your Miles will be credited to your account within 64 days or more after check-out from the property.
- There is no restriction on minimum or a maximum number of nights per stay or cap on against which miles can be earned.
- You can earn Miles for stays made for yourself via emirates.com/english/planning-your-trip/hotels(Opens link in the same tab), by providing the correct Skywards membership number when making the booking.
- If you are unable to add your membership number at the time of booking, you can update the reservation prior to check-in. You can make updates in the ‘Booking & Trips’ section on booking.com, quoting your membership number via the Edit Your Loyalty Programme Details tab.
- Members who have booked a non-refundable stay and who either cancel or fail to check in at the property will be charged for the room and will not earn any Skywards Miles.
- You can claim missing miles by logging in to the Emirates Skywards account and completing the online claim form(Opens link in the same tab).
- The hotel prices and Skywards Miles quoted are dynamic and subject to change. Prices and Skywards Miles quoted at the time of booking are correct.
- Bookings made via emirates.com/english/planning-your-trip/hotels(Opens link in the same tab), will not earn additional Skywards Miles with Emirates Skywards partner hotels.
- Hotel Loyalty programme tier status, points or privileges will not be extended on bookings made through emirates.com/english/planning-your-trip/hotels(Opens link in the same tab).
- All hotel bookings and payments made are organised by Booking.com.
