Skywards Miles Mall

1. All Emirates Skywards members are eligible to participate in the campaign.
2. Emirates Skywards members will earn bonus Miles for the first eligible purchase on skywardsmilesmall.com(Opens an external website in a new tab) until 31 March 2026, subject to a minimum spend threshold.
3. A first purchase over USD 50 (or equivalent in local currency) will be awarded 2,000 bonus Miles.
4. Bonus Miles apply on first purchase only and will be awarded in addition to the Miles value displayed across all brands, including those featuring special offers with higher Miles earning rates during the campaign period
5. The offer is applicable for all brands on the skywardsmilesmall.com.
6. Members can view their transactions via their Emirates Skywards Account My purchases section on skywardsmilesmall.com (transactions will be displayed 5 days after purchase).
7. In case of refunds or return of the purchases awarded, Skywards Miles including the bonus Miles awarded will be reversed from the Emirates Skywards membership account.
8. Members will not be eligible for bonus Miles if the first purchase is cancelled.
9. Bonus Miles may be awarded on a subsequent purchase if the first purchase is cancelled within the offer period. If the first purchase is cancelled and no subsequent purchases are made during the campaign period, bonus Miles awarded will be reversed.
10. Emirates reserves the right to withdraw the offer without serving advance notice to members.
11. Eligible Online Purchases are purchases made by Emirates Skywards members with participating partner brands where they started their shopping journey on skywardsmilesmall.com.
12. Eligible Instore Purchases are purchases made by Emirates Skywards members with participating partner brands using their payment card/s linked via the ‘Instore My Cards’ tab on skywardsmilesmall.com. In the US, members need to authorise the purchase made using a linked debit card by using signature instead of PIN.
13. Eligible bonus Miles will be credited to the membership account after 45 days, subject to a completed transaction and non-return of the goods or services purchased. Members can view the base and bonus transaction via their Emirates Skywards Membership Account on emirates.com.

Skywards Miles Mall

• All Emirates Skywards members are eligible to participate in the campaign.

Miles earning

• Skywardsmilesmall.com(Opens an external website in a new tab) is a third party website developed and powered by Collinson. 
• To earn Skywards Miles, you must start your journey via skywardsmilesmall.com , log in with your Emirates Skywards membership details and follow the instructions as set out. 
• You will not earn Skywards Miles for purchases made directly via the brand’s website. 
• You must enable cookies in your browser settings and accept cookies throughout the shopping journey to earn Skywards Miles. 
• Shipping conditions and restrictions may apply, which may vary by brand. 
• Skywards Skysurfers, My Family and Business Rewards accounts are not eligible to earn Miles for purchases. 
• Emirates reserves the right to reverse the credit of Skywards Miles if: 

1. the goods/services purchased are returned.
2. payment by the Brand is rejected. This cycle could be up to 150 days.
3. Miles have been credited erroneously
4. Miles have been credited due to misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
