Booking the Explorer Pass
When you’ve decided on the must-see landmarks and bucket-list experiences for your trip, you can start planning all journeys in one seamless booking.
First, you’ll need to decide where to start your adventure and book your Emirates flight to one of five gateways in Australia or two in New Zealand. You can then add domestic flights operated by Qantas and Jetstar to over 100 local routes – all on the same ticket and at special fares. You can build this entire itinerary using the 'Multi-city' option found within our Advanced Search.
All the destinations you can explore are divided into different zones, offering the chance to hop between some of the more iconic cities or venture further to experience the more remote and breathtaking parts of the country.
Know before you book:
- The Explorer Pass must be booked together with your Emirates ticket to Australia or New Zealand
- You can travel anytime with no end date and no blackout periods
- Changes to your Explorer domestic flights are possible for a small fee
- Standard baggage policies apply for domestic flights
