Dubai Connect
When you have a long connection time between flights, you could be entitled to accommodation, meals and more on us.
Comfort on longer connections
We plan our flights so that most itineraries have a good connection time in Dubai. But if the best connection time isn’t available and you have to wait longer before your next flight, you could be entitled to our Dubai Connect service.
We’ll make sure you’re comfortable with complimentary hotel accommodation, transfers, applicable meals and a visa to enter the UAE. Book Dubai Connect at least 12 hours ahead of your incoming flight to Dubai. Then when you arrive, meet us at the Dubai Connect desk in Arrivals.
Hotel stay
We’ll provide you with a complimentary hotel stay so you can enjoy some down time before your next flight. All applicable meals are included in your hotel booking. You may need to show a credit card at check-in just to secure any extras like mini-bar snacks, spa treatments or dining expenses that aren’t included in the Dubai Connect service.
Visas
The Dubai Connect booking includes a complimentary 48 hour visa, which should be prearranged at least 48 hours prior to arrival for those nationalities requiring a visa to enter the UAE, or on arrival subject to UAE Immigration approval. Transfers
When you arrive, a complimentary coach will take you to and from your hotel. Our team at the Dubai Connect desk in Arrivals will help you with the transfers.
Book Dubai Connect online
It’s easy to add the Dubai Connect service to your online flight booking. During the booking process we’ll tell you if you’re eligible.
- Book your flights, then use your surname and reference number to log in.
- Go to our Manage section and choose Dubai Connect.
- Add the service at least 12 hours ahead of your flight to Dubai.
You can book our complimentary Dubai Connect service as long as there are no better connection times to choose from for your itinerary.
Young flyers under 18 years can use our Dubai Connect service as long as they are travelling with another passenger who is over 18.

Other ways to book Dubai Connect
Emirates office bookings
If you booked your flights through one of our worldwide offices, you can call and check if your itinerary qualifies for our Dubai Connect service. Our agents will be able to book the service for you ahead of your flight. You can find a list of our contact numbers here. Otherwise, you can use your reference number to book online.
Travel agent bookings
If you booked your flights through a travel agent, you can give them a call to check if you’re entitled to our Dubai Connect service. They will be able to book the service for you, or you can do it yourself online using your reference number.

Other rules may apply, depending on the date that the flights were booked, the fare paid, and the flight selected from the point of origin and the first available flight from the point of transit. Emirates is only able to accept Dubai Connect bookings made at least 24 hours prior to the departure of the inbound flight to Dubai. This service is subject to availability.
