• Black Credit Card:
  • Emirates and flydubai spends: 3.5 Miles
  • Foreign currency spends: up to 2 Miles

  • Emirates and flydubai spends: 2 Miles
  • Foreign currency spends: up to 1.5 Miles
  • Local currency spends: up to 1 Mile
• Signature Credit Cards:
  • Emirates and flydubai spends: 1.5 Miles
  • Foreign currency spends: up to 1.1 Miles
  • Local currency spends: up to 0.75 Miles
• Eligible spends are retail spends made on the card except for cash advances, balance transfer, Easy Payment Plan, cash withdrawals, conversion to instalment plans, any fees and charges paid on the card account; transactions that the Bank decides are disputed, unauthorised, illegal and/or fraudulent.
• Emirates spends are categorised as transactions made on emirates.com or at the Emirates Sales office.
• Local currency spends are eligible spends in AED currency. Transactions made outside the UAE in AED currency will be classified as local currency spends.
• Black Card: Retail spends made on Supermarket, Government, Fuel, Utilities, Education, Real Estate, Insurance, Auto & Telecommunication, Transport, Quick Service Restaurants will earn 0.3 Miles per USD 1 spend. Retail international spends originating in “European Economic Area (EEA) countries” will earn 0.75 Miles per USD 1 spend.
• Infinite & Signature Cards: Retail spends made on Supermarket will earn 50% of the local currency spends. Retail spends made on Insurance, Car dealership related, Government, Bill Payment (including utility bills) & Education will earn 15% of the local currency spend Miles. Retail spends made under on Real estate, Telecommunication, Quick Service Restaurants, Fuel/Petroleum will earn 25% of the local currency spend Miles as defined by VISA. Spends made on merchants located in European Union will earn 25% of the International spend Miles.
• Foreign currency spends are categorised as transactions in non AED currency.
• Skywards Miles will be credited to the primary cardholder's Emirates Skywards account within 6 8 weeks of the statement date.
• Skywards Miles earned by supplementary cardholders will be credited to the primary cardholder’s Emirates Skywards account.
• Skywards Miles earning is up to the credit limit assigned to the credit card for each statement cycle.
• The number of Skywards Miles earned from credit card spend will be displayed on the primary cardholder's monthly credit card statement.
• Where a refund is made on a card, the Skywards Miles total will be adjusted accordingly by Emirates Islamic Bank from subsequent Miles earnings.
• If you are an existing Emirates Skywards member, you need to enter your existing membership number when applying for the card.
• If you are not an existing Emirates Skywards member, your personal information will be shared by the Bank with Emirates to enrol you in the Emirates Skywards programme.

Emirates Skywards Silver status

• Black and Infinite cardholders: Emirates Skywards Silver status will be awarded to the primary cardholder.
• The Silver status is valid as long as the Black/ Infinite Card is active.
• Please allow up to 10 days from card approval to be enrolled or upgraded to Emirates Skywards Silver status.
• An email confirmation of your status will be sent with instructions on how to view and download your Emirates Skywards Silver digital card.
• If you are an existing Emirates Skywards Gold or Platinum member, your existing status will not be affected.

Emirates Skywards Gold status

• Black cardholders: You will be awarded Gold status for 1 year by spending a minimum of USD 5,000 (or equivalent in AED) on Emirates flights.
• To retain Gold status, you need to meet the above criteria annually, or qualify as per the Emirates Skywards programme rules.
• If you are an existing Silver member, your Silver status will be updated to Gold for one year from the tier qualifying date.
• If you are an existing Gold member, your Gold status will be extended for one year from the tier qualifying date.
• If you are an existing Emirates Skywards Platinum member, your existing status will not be affected.
• One supplementary cardholder is eligible for Gold status. You need to spend an additional minimum amount of USD 5,000 (or equivalent in AED) at Emirates and pay an annual membership fee of AED 4,000 to qualify.

Lounge access via LoungeKey

• You can access all lounges under the LoungeKey programme offered by VISA.
• Infinite cardholders: you and a guest are entitled to unlimited access to more than 1000 lounges worldwide.
• Signature cardholders: you are entitled to unlimited access to more than 1000 lounges worldwide.

Complementary golf benefits

• You need to spend a minimum of AED 10,000 per month on a Black/ Infinite Card or AED 5,000 per month on a Signature Card to take advantage of this benefit.
• Black and Infinite cardholders can enjoy unlimited complimentary golf on any day of the week.
• Signature cardholders can enjoy two rounds of complimentary golf per month on any day of the week. Visit the bank website to get further details. Booking confirmation is subject to availability of slots at the golf club.
• A ‘no show’ fee will be charged. Charges vary by golf club.
• A minimum monthly spend is required on your card to avail this benefit. If the minimum spend criteria is not met, the actual cost per golf round will be charged.

25% discount on Skywards ‘Buy Miles’ and ‘Gift Miles’

• As a Black cardholder, you can enjoy a 25% discount when buying Skywards Miles for yourself or as a gift to another Emirates Skywards member.
• Skywards Miles can be purchased online by visiting emirates.com. You need to log in to their Emirates Skywards account and follow the Buy Miles process or the Gift Miles process. Please allow 10 days from card issuance for the benefit to reflect in your profile.
• The 25% discount will automatically be applied upon payment for Miles, as long as you are logged in and pay with your Black card.
• Skywards Miles can be bought by and gifted to Emirates Skywards members who have at least one prior earning activity in their Emirates Skywards account, earned by flying on Emirates or a partner airline or through a partner transaction.
• The minimum number of Skywards Miles that you can buy or gift is 2,000 Miles and further increments can only be bought or gifted in blocks of 1,000 Miles.
• 100,000 Miles or 200,000 Miles, based on the membership tier, is the combined maximum you can purchase for yourself, through the Buy Miles products and receive as a gift through the Gift Miles product.
• Refunds in respect of Skywards Miles purchased are not permitted, unless required by law.
• Skywards Miles will be credited to the Emirates Skywards account within 48 hours after full and successful payment.
