easyJet is Europe’s second-largest low-cost carrier, flying on over 600 routes to more than 30 countries across Europe and North Africa. Emirates Skywards members can use Skywards Miles to pay for their flight, inclusive of taxes, charges, and airport fees, as well as for optional extras such as sports equipment fees.
Spend Skywards Miles
To spend your Skywards Miles on easyJet, simply select your flights, dates and number of passengers in the booking engine and follow the step-by-step instructions. You can also spend Miles on baggage and sports equipment.
- The number of Miles needed for an easyJet flight are fluid and move based on demand for any particular flight.
- Skysurfers members cannot redeem Skywards Miles for reward tickets with easyJet.
- Fares include government taxes, airport, and administrative fees only; any other charges or local taxes are excluded.
- Miles can be redeemed for optional extras during the ticket booking process. Otherwise, contact easyJet directly at a later stage with a cash payment option.
- After completing the booking, Miles will be deducted from your Skywards account. You will receive a flight confirmation email from easyJet which makes reference to a payment amount and a MasterCard number. Please ignore the credit card information as it is for internal processing purposes only.
- easyJet reward flights are valid only for the flight and date originally reserved. Amendments or additions to your booking are not permitted and can only be made directly with easyJet. Skywards Miles cannot be used to pay for changes.
- Reward ticket coupons cannot be used out of sequence.
- Reward tickets for children require the same number of miles as adult reward tickets.
- Infants under two weeks of age may not travel. Infants between two weeks and two years of age may fly for a discounted reward redemption rate.
- Refunds are not permitted on easyJet tickets, except for:
- Booking cancellation made within 24 hours after the ticket issuance. However, expired Miles will not be refunded.
- Flight cancellation by easyJet due to flight disruption. If your flights are canceled by easyJet, you will be notified by easyJet at your registered email address and will be given the option to transfer to an alternative date or request for a refund.
