Doha flight suspension
Can I get a refund of my Emirates ticket to or from Doha now that flights to Doha have been suspended?
Yes, full refunds will be given for unused tickets.
If you booked with Emirates directly—either online or through one of our offices—you can apply for a refund online. Please add a note in the comment field stating that the refund is being requested due to suspension of flights between Doha and Dubai.
If you bought your ticket from a travel agent, please contact the agent to process a refund.
