How to access the fun

Book your flight with us to Dubai, then go to Manage Your Booking and book your two-day entry to Dubai Parks and Resorts.

You’ll receive your theme park tickets for both days via email. Present your park e-ticket at the Dubai Parks and Resorts ticketing counter along with a valid photo ID (one e-ticket and ID per person). You’ll be given your Emirates wristband loaded with credits to spend on food and beverages.

Does my second visit have to be on a consecutive day?
No, you can plan your second visit for any day within 7 days from your first entry date.

I took off my wristband and today is my second day visit. Can I get a new wristband?
On your second visit, in order to benefit from the remaining value adds in your offer, you must present the same Dubai Parks and Resort e-ticket used on your first visit along with a valid photo ID at any at the ticketing booth or guest services booth in the park.

How do I redeem my benefits?
You scan your wristband or the park e-ticket to access the added values.

Do I have access to the Jaan–e–Jigar Show at BOLLYWOOD PARKS™ Dubai?
No, the Jaan–e-Jigar show is not included; show tickets must be purchased separately.

Are there any shuttle buses to the parks?
There are complimentary shuttle buses from the Outlet Village and Lapita. You can find more details at the link.

Is the wristband refundable or exchangeable?
The wristband is not refundable or exchangeable.

If I lose the email with my Emirates Dubai Parks and Resorts Pass, do I still have access to the parks?
If you lose the email with your park e-ticket but remember the ticket PNR#, you can contact 800AMAZING (2629464) or email amazingservices@dubaiparksandresorts.com to request that email be re-sent. The e-ticket will be sent to the email address associated with the original transaction.

I purchased the Emirates Dubai Parks and Resorts Pass but cannot visit the parks for personal reasons. Can I get a refund?
The Emirates Dubai Parks and Resorts Pass once purchased is not transferrable, refundable, or exchangeable and cannot be offered for sale.

How long is the Emirates Dubai Parks and Resorts Pass valid?
The Emirates Dubai Parks and Resorts Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Terms and conditions

The Emirates Dubai Parks and Resorts Pass Program (the “Program”) means the added-value offer provided by Emirates, a corporation established by Dubai Ruler’s Decree No. 2 of 1985 (as amended) having its principal office at Emirates Group Headquarters, Airport Road, P. O. Box 686, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Emirates”), and hosted via the website found at emirates.com (the “Website”).

These terms and conditions together with the Partner’s terms and conditions and the general terms and conditions that are applicable to your use of and access to the Website (together the “Terms”) govern your use of the Website and set out the rules of participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept these Terms and you agree to be bound by the Terms.

In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms, results, and all other matters related to the Program, Emirates' decisions will be final and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

The Program begins at 12:01 am [UAE] June 20, 2018, and closes at 11:59 pm [UAE] May 31, 2021 (“Program Period”).

Exclusive Pass” means benefits to be provided by the Partner as detailed in Annex A to these Terms and Conditions, which may be amended by Emirates at its sole discretion.

Parks” means MOTIONGATE™ Dubai, BOLLYWOOD Parks™ Dubai, LEGOLAND® Dubai, and LEGOLAND® Water Park.

Partner” means Dubai Parks Destination Management L.L.C.

Rules of entry

Individuals who purchase an Emirates flight ticket to or via Dubai within the Program Period (“Passengers”) shall be eligible to purchase an Exclusive Pass to the Parks via the Website. Passengers shall be directed to the Partner’s website for payment and issuance of the Park e-ticket.

Passengers are required to present the Park e-ticket (on both Park visits) in their own names along with a photo ID for identification purposes upon request at the Partner’s ticketing booth or guest services booth in order to access the Exclusive Pass benefits. Passengers who have followed these steps will receive an Emirates-branded RFID wristband loaded with the Exclusive Pass benefits.

The Partner has the right to reject a Passenger who is not able to provide adequate identification. Passengers are expected to behave in an appropriate manner at all times on Partners' premises.

The Program is void in countries where it is prohibited by law. Individuals located in a country restricted by applicable controls and sanctions or other laws or regulations as they relate to this Program are ineligible to participate in the Program. Each Passenger must ensure that his or her participation in the Program is lawful in accordance with the laws of the country of which he or she is a citizen and in which he or she resides or happens to be at the time the entry is made. Emirates shall not be taken to make any representations, express or implied, as to the lawfulness of any individual’s participation or as to any other aspect of the Program.

The Park e-ticket shall be subject to terms and conditions that apply to the possession and use of the Park e-ticket and entry to the Parks as set out by the Partner, which may be amended from time to time. These will be detailed on the Partner’s website.

Any Passenger who fails to abide by any of the Terms, or fails to meet the participation or eligibility criteria set out in the Terms, may be deemed ineligible to access the Exclusive Pass offer at the discretion of Emirates and/or the Partner.

The Program is for the Passenger's personal use ONLY and is not transferrable; it is void if purchased, sold, or bartered. The offers included in the Program are not redeemable for cash.

The Passenger shall be personally responsible for all other costs and expenses associated with the Exclusive Pass, including but not limited to insurance, travel, airfares, food, accommodation, and any other ancillary costs associated with redemption of the Exclusive Pass.

Personal information

Emirates collects and uses the Passenger’s personal information (the “Data”) in order to conduct the Program and may, for this purpose, disclose or transmit such information to third parties rendering services in relation to the Program. In processing the Data, Emirates may transfer it to countries that may not afford the same level of data protection as your country of residence. However, in all cases, Emirates undertakes to collect, process, store, save, and transfer the Data in compliance with relevant data protection legislation in force from time to time. By entering the Program and providing the Data, the Passenger authorizes Emirates to collect and process the Data in this manner.

In consenting to receive the Emirates Newsletter, the Passenger authorizes Emirates to retain and use the Data and transmit the Data for the purposes of issuing the Emirates Newsletter.

In consenting to direct marketing, the Passenger authorizes Emirates to retain and use the Data for other direct marketing, which may involve sharing the Data with Emirates’ offices, authorized agents, Emirates’ other companies and/or brands, anyone to whom Emirates transfers their rights and duties, third-party companies offering related services (including, for example, car rental, hotels, limousines, transfers, ancillary services), governments and government agencies, credit card and other payment card companies, and other airlines or providers of such related services.

Passengers who would like to know what Data Emirates is holding about them or correct the Data that Emirates holds about them should contact their local Emirates office.

Emirates liability

Inclusion by Emirates of a Partner in the Program does not constitute or imply any endorsement of the Partner's products or services. Emirates accepts no responsibility or liability for the quality of services or goods provided by the Partner in association with the Program nor will Emirates compensate any Passenger for services or goods not received. Any participation by a Passenger in any activity offered by a Partner is entirely at the Passenger’s own risk.

Emirates will not be liable for any loss, damage, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by the Passenger or any other person, whether direct or indirect, resulting from termination of or change to the Program or any of the facilities, benefits, or arrangements that are made available to a Passenger, including Partner withdrawal or the withdrawal of any benefits, facilities, or arrangements.

The Passenger accepts the Terms at his or her own risk and agrees to indemnify Emirates against all costs, losses, damages, expenses, and liabilities (including for loss of reputation and goodwill and professional advisors’ fees) and any claim arising from a Passenger’s own actions in any way in connection with these Terms or a breach of the Passengers’ obligations hereunder.

Emirates will not be liable to perform any of its obligations under these Terms where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure. Emirates accepts no liability (and excludes all liability) for any loss of profit, business, contracts, revenues, or anticipated savings or for special, direct, indirect, or consequential loss of any nature howsoever arising.

General

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai and as applicable the UAE, and the Dubai courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute.

This Program is exclusive and not valid in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotions, dining, or loyalty programs.

Emirates reserves the right to amend, vary, update, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion.

AED 495 (Adult) and AED 435 (Child), including VAT If the price of the Tickets is reduced by the Partner at any time during the Program Period, then the Ticket Price stated herein will be reduced to reflect the reduced price and any member of the public will be able to purchase the Ticket at the reduced rate. Child is defined as 4–11 years old.

AED 250 in nonrefundable credits to use over the 2 days on restaurants inside the parks, including food carts and Picsolve digital pictures.

Offer terms

The musical show Jaan-e-Jigar is not included in the Ticket.

The Ticket is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Second park entry is valid up to 7 days from the date of first use, provided that the process of entry outlined in the Emirates Dubai Parks and Resorts Pass Terms and Conditions is followed.

The Ticket may not be transferred, refunded, or upgraded and cannot be combined with any other product or offer.

The credit amount in the e-wallet for restaurants and Picsolve digital photos is nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
