If your baggage is delayed or damaged, we will provide you with a PIR (Property Irregularity Report) code. Your PIR is a unique 10 digit code containing letters and numbers. This code will be used to refer to all future tracking and enquiries related to your lost baggage. A member of staff will provide you with your PIR number at Baggage Reclaim. It will also be sent to you via SMS.
You can track your delayed/damaged baggage progress by entering your PIR code and last name on the Emirates site.
