The cheapest fare guarantee is only valid on return Emirates Economy Class flights originating from and returning to the UK to all online Emirates destinations.
The offer is only valid for flights purchased online via www.emirates.com/barclaycard using a Barclaycard credit card, no other credit card type will be accepted.
The offer does not apply to one-way journeys, code-share flights or flights where the tickets have been purchased as part of an inclusive tour package.
The offer is not valid for tickets purchased to destinations where Emirates is not the operating carrier. All sectors on the ticket, which are covered by the Emirates network, must be flown on Emirates.

Cheapest Fare Guarantee terms and conditions
To be eligible for Emirates’ online cheapest fare guarantee you must first have purchased and paid for in full a "Qualifying Flight" at www.emirates.com/barclaycard using a Barclay Card credit card.
The cheapest fare guarantee applies only to bookings made online at www.emirates.com/barclaycard and not those purchased by telephone or otherwise.
To be eligible for the cheapest fare guarantee you must have found a cheaper fare on the identical Emirates flights to the flights provided by Emirates on a website other than www.emirates.com/barclaycard.
The base fare (i.e. the fare quoted excluding taxes, fees, charges and surcharges) for the flight(s) must be cheaper than the flight(s) first purchased through www.emirates.com/barclaycard and must be for the same route(s), with each sector of the trip flown in the same order, for the same dates, for the same flight number, in the same class of travel and fare booking class, for the same type of ticket (including fare conditions such as whether or not they are flexible, refundable or changeable) and be sold in the UK over the internet in GBP currency. The website containing the cheaper online fare must allow users to book the cheaper online fare. Websites showing fares but not allowing users to book the cheaper online fare will not qualify for the cheapest fare guarantee.
The Cheapest fare guarantee is applicable only to the original booking made online at www.emirates.com/barclaycard and any subsequent changes to a booking will not be covered or be eligible for the cheapest fare guarantee .
Claims can be made only by sending an e-mail to email@example.com
with the following information about your Emirates booking:
- Details of person who paid for the flights
Emirates flight details
Booking reference number
Emirates outbound flight number from the UK
Date of outbound flight
Emirates inbound flight number from the UK
Date of inbound flight
Details of the lower fare
Website address where you found the lower fare
Total fare for all passengers excluding charges, fees, charges and surcharges (in GBP)
- Date for lower fare was found
You must include a screenshot of the website page showing the lower fare from the website other than www.emirates.com/barclaycard
No claim for a cheapest fare guarantee can be made by telephone or otherwise. Incomplete cheapest fare guarantee claim e-mails will not be accepted. Claim e-mails must be received at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than midnight (GMT) on the same day you purchased your flight. Emirates reserves the right to demand and verify evidence of a cheaper online fare purchased at the lower price.
Emirates is not responsible for any cheapest fare guarantee claims which are not received or which are delayed in transmission.
Emirates’ special offer fares displayed on www.emirates.com/barclaycard are subject to change. If there is a reduction to the special offer fares advertised on the www.emirates.com/barclaycard website after you have booked your flight, the cheapest fare guarantee will not apply.
To be eligible for a cheapest fare guarantee you must supply sufficient evidence of the cheaper quote in the form of a print out or an attachment of the fare quote page that is required to Emirates’ reasonable satisfaction, together with a copy of the conditions applicable to the cheaper quote. You should retain all the relevant print outs or the attachment until you have heard from Emirates that all relevant information is no longer required as proof. Please note any print out or attachment of the fare quote page must be taken at the same time the cheaper fare is found.
If the claim meets all the Terms and Conditions of the cheapest fare guarantee, a refund of the difference between the purchase cost on www.emirates.com/barclaycard and the cost of the cheaper online fare, will be credited to the holder of the Barclay Card credit card that was used to pay for the booking at www.emirates.com/barclaycard within 28 days of the claim having been verified by Emirates Airline. A letter or email of confirmation will be sent to the cardholder two days after the refund is made. A refund will be granted for each ticket within a booking that meets the Terms and Conditions of the cheapest fare guarantee.
The refund of the difference between the purchase cost on www.emirates.com/barclaycard and the total cost of the cheaper online fare is the sole and exclusive compensation that will be made to qualified claimants who show that Emirates failed to meet its cheapest fare guarantee. The difference between the purchase cost and the cost of the cheaper online fare will be the total amount refunded. There will be no refund of any difference in any taxes, charges or surcharges.
The cheapest fare guarantee is subject to you also complying with Emirates’ usual Terms and Conditions for booking flights which are available on our website at http://www.emirates.com/uk/english/sitetools/terms_and_conditions.aspx

Emirates is the final authority on interpretation of these rules and no correspondence will be entered into.
The cheapest fare guarantee will not apply where:
the cheaper online fare is not available to the general public. Such fares include, but are not limited to, corporate discount fares, staff fares and closed user group fares; or
the cheaper online fare has been discounted by the online retailer by use of vouchers, loyalty rewards, redemption of frequent flyers miles or similar, and including any other offers or incentives to reduce the total cost; or
the cheaper online fare is part of a travel package with an inclusive airfare; or
Emirates is unable to verify, using reasonable means, that the cheaper online fare is available. This may be at any time within 48 hours of receipt of your claim at the discretion of Emirates Airline. If your claim form is submitted over the weekend, then Emirates will advise you 48 hours from the next working day; or
you have exercised your right to obtain a refund or have cancelled your booking before you apply for a cheapest fare guarantee . Emirates’ usual Terms & Conditions for cancellation and refunds apply; or
the fare is not a return fare.
