Retain your Emirates Skywards status

Extending tier status

All Emirates Skywards Platinum, Gold and Silver members will have their existing tier status extended. 
 
For members with a current tier review date between September 2020 and August 2021, your tier review date will be extended by 12 months. This will reflect on your profile after your existing tier review date. For example, if you have a tier review date of 31 March 2021, this will be adjusted to 31 March 2022. Keeping your current tier status will be based on your travel activity between 31 March 2021 and 31 March 2022.
 
For members whose tier status was earlier extended in 2020, your tier review date has been further extended by 12 months from your original tier review date. For example, if you had an original tier review date of 30 March 2020, this has been adjusted to 30 March 2021.

Extending Miles validity

We’ve extended the validity of any Skywards Miles due to expire from April 2020 until 31 March 2021. Skywards Miles can be redeemed up to 11 months in advance for an extensive range of rewards, including flight tickets on Emirates and partner airlines, flight upgrades, hotel stays, and money-can’t-buy experiences.
 
Please note: Details of this relaxed policy may not immediately reflect in the ‘My Account’ section of emirates.com. Your revised tier review date will be updated in the month of your existing review date.
