16 years ago, when we started Hanu Reddy Residences, we had only one vision in mind — to build a Bungalow where you can experience living in a Traditional Madras Community Home. Today, we continue to strive for the same vision by combining all modern amenities with our heritage taking center stage. Hanu Reddy Residences consists exclusively of Bungalows with Historical Architecture, diligently maintained since the 1960s with attention to all modern facilities. There is no reason to compromise on any aspect of your stay with great amenities and easy access to all important places in the city like the US Consulate, Marina Beach, and most renowned Music Sabhas.

Special care has been taken to introduce and maintain a thriving microclimate within our premises. Take a long walk amidst the trees surrounding these Bungalows, some over 5 decades old. We nurture beautiful flora, including large Copper Pod Trees, fragrant Plumerias, Water Lilies, vibrant Badam Trees, and everybody’s favorite Bougainvillea shrubs.

    We love this place and feel we lucked out by discovering it. Tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood close to good restaurants and shops (eg. Candos and Fabindia). Really good breakfast. Excellent resto on premises in outside courtyard. Super helpful, pleasant staff (with special thanks to Ashok and Sudhansho, who were nothing short of adorable). Good AC, super clean. Highly recommend.

    We love this place. We stayed here with family and guests for an event. Second time stay after a few years. Tranquil atmosphere within the city with trees and shade. Delicious fresh breakfast in the morning (Thank you Ashok! Thank you Ajay!), attentive staff always helpful, food to the room always made fresh, clean rooms. If you want a fancy, gleaming floors, glass doors and high rise then this is not for you and Chennai has plenty of impersonal multi-national chains for you. But if you want a calm relaxing stay to end your day after a go-around in the city (with its attendant chaos), this is your place.
