- a return/onward ticket; and
- sufficient funds (minimum of USD 150.- or equivalent per day); and
- proof of accommodation for the duration of stay.
Extension of stay possible for additional 3 months with a maximum stay of 12 months.
Passengers with a residence or re-entry permit issued by Seychelles do not need a visa.

Dual nationals do not need an eTA.
Visitors arriving from or who have been in Congo (Dem. Rep.) in the last 21 days are not allowed to enter. They must remain outside the Congo (Dem. Rep.) for at least 21 days before traveling to Seychelles regardless of whether their stop in Congo (Dem. Rep.) was a layover or a direct visit.
