- Passengers with a Travel Document (Convention of 28 September 1954) issued to stateless persons by the United Kingdom;
- Seafarers with a seaman book issued by Algeria, Angola, Antigua and Barbuda, Azerbaijan, Barbados, Belarus, Belize, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cameroon, Canada, Cuba, Czechia, Denmark, Djibouti, Dominica, Estonia, Fiji, Finland, France, Ghana, Greece, Grenada, Guatemala, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Honduras, Iceland, India, Iran, Iraq, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Liberia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mauritius, Mexico, Moldova (Rep.), Morocco, Norway, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Fed., Seychelles, Slovenia, Solomon Isl., Spain, Sri Lanka, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Sweden, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Tunisia, Turkiye, Ukraine or Uruguay;
- Seafarers with a seafarers' identity document issued by Bermuda or the United Kingdom;
- Seafarers with a seafarers' identity document issued by Russian Fed. if the document is issued under Convention 2003 (ILO Convention 185).
Passengers must have a valid visa issued by the United Kingdom.

Passengers who already have an eVisa should update their account if the passport they use for travel is not yet linked to their account.
Passengers with an \"Entry Clearance\" that has the observation \"Indefinite leave to enter the UK\":
- must use it for the first time within the validity dates, following entries are allowed after the expiration date; and
- must return within two years of last departure.
To minimize any delay at the UK border, minors younger than 18 years who travel alone are advised to have written consent from their parent/guardian including their contact details and proof of suitable accommodation in the United Kingdom.
