Saver Rewards

Saver Rewards offer you exceptional value when you travel during lower-demand periods or you can choose alternative flights to reach your destination. They are offered on a return basis only, in all classes of travel.

Saver Rewards allow a maximum stay of three months and permit one stopover on your journey. Fees will apply if you change your travel dates after your ticket has been issued.

Conditions and fees

All flight rewards are for the most direct route via Dubai. All other routes will require a combination of two or more rewards. Miles vary between Flex and Saver Rewards.

Additional rules

  • You must have enough Business Rewards Miles in your account to claim a flight reward.
  • All reward flights are subject to specific booking class and seat availability.
  • Flight rewards can be redeemed for account members or any other individual.
  • All taxes, duties or other liabilities, including airport or government taxes, are the responsibility of the member and must be paid prior to the issuance of the reward. Payments are only accepted via cash or credit card.
  • Members must ensure that they have the correct visas, travel documents and inoculations (including those for infants) to travel on a reward ticket.
  • Waitlisting is not allowed for reward travel.
  • Reward tickets cannot be used out of sequence.
  • Reward tickets cannot be endorsed to a carrier other than that named on the ticket.
  • All fees are non-refundable.
