This offer (the “Offer”) is brought to you by Emirates, a corporation established by Dubai Ruler’s Decree No. 2 of 1985 (as amended) having its principal office at Emirates Group Headquarters, Airport Road, P.O. Box 686, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Emirates”) and hosted via the website found at www.emirates.com (“Website”). 
These terms and conditions together with the general terms and conditions that are applicable to your use of and access to the Website (together the "Terms") govern your use of the Website and set out the rules of participation in the Offer. By availing the Offer, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept these Terms and you agree to be bound by the Terms. 
In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms, results and all other matters relating to the Offer, Emirates decision will be final and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

The Offer terms and conditions

Customers purchasing the Eligible Flights (defined below) can enjoy a complimentary ticket to At the Top with breakfast pastry and coffee, The Dubai Fountain Boardwalk Experience (referred to herewith as ‘Emaar Attractions’) and Yellow Boats subject to the below terms and conditions (the “Offer”).
To avail of the Offer, you must, during the Sale Period, book and pay in full for an Emirates operated return flight originating from Emirates online origins to final destination - Dubai [DXB] or to other destinations in Emirates network with a minimum stop in Dubai of 20 hours at emirates.com using the promotional code EKDXB23, through Emirates Call Centre or via a travel agent participating in the campaign, with travel to be completed within the Travel Period (“Eligible Flight”).
The passengers, who booked through emirates.com using a promotional code will receive directly from Emirates within 96 hours of purchasing the eligible flights, an email confirmation containing the unique access codes to the Offer Attractions (one code for Emaar Attractions and one code for Yellow boats).
Passengers using other sales channels, once booked and paid, must send an email to EmiratesOffers@emirates.com containing their Passenger Name Record (PNR) reference, arrival date in Dubai, passenger names (only passengers in the mentioned PNR will be booked), contact phone number and email address that will receive the unique access codes for the Offer Attractions.
Sale Period means 16 January – 29 January 2023 inclusive and is valid across all Emirates online markets (excluding the tickets sold in and journeys originating in the UAE and Nigeria).
Travel Period means 18 January – 31 March 2023 inclusive [outbound travel completion date]. Last day to access the Attractions is 31 March 2023.
The offer is available for new bookings made between 16 January – 29 January 2023 inclusive and cannot be claimed retroactively on existing bookings.
Requests for this special offer must be made at least 96 hours prior to arrival.
Flight tickets must be purchased for return journeys. One way flight tickets will not be eligible for the Offer.
For passengers travelling beyond Dubai with tickets purchased on eligible flights within sales period, a minimum stopover in Dubai of 20 hours is required. The offer can only be claimed once either on outbound or inbound journey leg.
Passengers are responsible for organising the necessary travel or visa documents required to fulfil individual entry criteria to Dubai or any other origin/destination at their own cost.
Emirates flight tickets are at all times subject to availability and Emirates Conditions of Carriage and applicable ticket conditions as set out on the Emirates website.
The Offer is not applicable on industry discounted tickets.
The Offer is not applicable on tickets redeemed in full using Emirates Skywards Miles or other redemption offers.
The Offer is valid for tickets issued on Emirates (ticket number starting with 176), operated by Emirates aircraft and Emirates crew, and on Emirates flights only (flight number starting with EK).
The unique access codes need to be exchanged for a ticket at each of the respective attraction ticket counters.
Emirates accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by an individual as a result of entering or availing the Offer whatsoever for any reason including without limitation to operating hours changes and booked ride cancellation. This exclusion does not include any liability for death or personal injury caused solely by the negligence of Emirates.
Emirates will not be responsible for any lost or damaged ticket or for the closure of any of the featured attractions or modification of its operating hours for any reason.
Availing the Offer does not confer on the individual any rights in or over any intellectual property arising in connection with the Offer. Any Terms which are held to be invalid in any jurisdiction shall whenever allowed by the context be deemed to be replaced by such valid and enforceable terms and conditions whose contents are as close as permissible to those of the invalid or unenforceable Terms.
Emirates reserve the right to modify or vary the Offer and/or these Terms at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of Dubai, and as applicable the UAE, and the Dubai courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising.

Attractions terms and conditions

The Offer includes nothing other than that expressly stated to be included as part of the Offer. The guest will be responsible for all other costs and expenses associated with availing of the Offer, including but not limited to travel insurance, food, and transfers (other than as provided for under these terms) and any other ancillary costs associated with the Offer.
Tickets will be valid for one time redemption and same day admission between 16 January and 31 March 2023.
By availing this Offer, you agree to and accept the At the Top and The Yellow Boats terms and conditions available on their respective websites.
Both attractions are not responsible for inclement weather conditions affecting visibility/departures.
This Offer has no cash value, may not be combined with any other offer and is not valid towards previously purchased tickets.

At the Top terms and conditions

Eligible passengers will be provided with a unique code that will have to be exchanged at At The Top Will Call counter, Ground floor in Dubai Mall for a ticket.
Each ticket allows access to one person to At the Top, Burj Khalifa general admission Level 124 and 125 (non-prime hours 7:00am to 10:00), morning snacks (hot beverage and pastry at level 125) and Boardwalk Experience.
Children up to the age of 16 years must be always accompanied by an adult during the visit to the At the Top.
Children below 4 years old won’t be issued with a unique code.
Emaar reserves the right to amend, vary or otherwise change the entry timings of At the Top. In such an event, Emaar shall alter the Booking Confirmation / Ticket(s) for other timings.
Emaar reserves the right, whether for safety reasons or otherwise, and with or without prior notice to close At the Top. In such an event, Emaar, in its sole discretion, shall extend the Booking Confirmation / Ticket(s) to a later date.
No large bags or strollers are permitted inside At the Top. Large bags and strollers should be checked at the Will Call counter prior to entry.

The Yellow Boats terms and conditions

Eligible passengers will be provided with a unique code that will have to be exchanged at The Yellow Boats counter in Dubai Marina Walk.
Each ticket allows access to one person to a 45-minute Atlantis Blast Tour (Palm Jumeirah and Atlantis The Palm).
The Yellow Boats 45-minute tour is available at either 09:00, 13:30 or 17:30.
Children up to the age of 16 years must be always accompanied by an adult.
Pregnant women and children 5 years and below are not permitted on-board for safety reasons.
The Yellow Boats reserves the right to amend, vary or otherwise change the timings for the tour. In such an event, The Yellow Boats shall alter the booking confirmation/ticket(s) for other timings.
The right of admission to the 45-minute tour is reserved and is subject to The Yellow Boats terms of admission.
The Yellow Boats takes all reasonable steps to provide a safe and enjoyable experience; however, it shall not be liable for any person in respect of any loss of or damage to personal property or loss of life, personal injury to any person, whether that loss, damage or personal injury is caused by any person’s negligence or otherwise.
