Passport required.

Document Validity:
Normal passports and other documents accepted for entry issued to nationals of Indonesia must be valid on arrival.
Admission and Transit Restrictions:
Visitors traveling as tourists or on business must hold return/onward tickets.
  • This does not apply to former nationals of the Philippines (Balikbayans) and accompanying spouses and children.
  • This does not apply to passengers with an APEC Business Travel Card valid for travel to "PHL".
  • This does not apply to passengers with a TRV, 9(d), 9(e), 9(f), 9(g), SEVUA, PD1034, EO226, RA8756, 13, 13(a), 13(c), 13(e), 13(g), 47(a) 2 or PRV visa, issued by the Philippines.
Passports must be machine readable to enter.
  • This does not apply to emergency and temporary passports.
  • This does not apply to passengers with a visa issued by the Philippines.
Warning:
Passengers with an APEC Business Travel Card must travel with the passport stated on the card.

Visa required.

Visa Exemptions:
Nationals of Indonesia with a passport for a maximum stay of 30 days.
Former nationals of the Philippines (Balikbayans) with proof of former Philippines nationality, for a maximum stay of 1 year. Accepted: old Philippines passport, birth certificate or foreign naturalization papers showing former Philippines nationality. A foreign passport with place of birth "Philippines" does not prove former Philippines nationality. Accompanying spouses and children are also visa exempt if they are handled by the same immigration officer.
Spouses and children of nationals of the Philippines traveling together with the national of the Philippines, for a maximum stay of 1 year. Accepted proof: marriage certificate, birth certificate, adoption papers, etc. The family must be handled by the same immigration officer.
Passengers with an APEC Business Travel Card valid for travel to the "PHL" for a maximum stay of 60 days. The card is valid for the countries listed on the back of the card.
Visa Issuance:
Nationals of Indonesia with a passport can obtain a visa on arrival for a maximum stay of 59 days. They can apply to extend their stay.
Additional Information:
Multiple extensions of 59 days, (with a maximum of 1 year), available for those listed under visa exemptions. Extension of visas must be settled at Bureau of Immigration in Intramuros, Manila. Fee varies depending on reason and number of days requested for the extension.
Length of stay is calculated by starting on the next day after the day of arrival in the Philippines.
Minors:
Foreign minors younger than 15 years traveling accompanied by parents whose surname is not the same as the surname of the minor should carry proof of their relationship.
Passengers younger than 15 years not residing in the Philippines and traveling without parents must have a Waiver of Exclusion Ground (WEG) obtained before departure or on arrival. They must also have a parental consent affidavit, a copy of the minor's passport and a copy of the parent/guardian's passport.
This does not apply when:
-meeting parents in the Philippines, who must be at the airport to meet the minor; dual nationals holding a Philippine passport, which must be presented and the holder is admitted as a national of the Philippines; or
-previously recognized as a Philippine national holding a Philippine Identification Certificate; or
-unmarried minors with Philippine ancestry, accompanied by a grandparent, guardian or relative who must be able to provide proof of the minor's ancestry.
