These terms and conditions together with the general terms and conditions that are applicable to your use of and access to the Website (together the “Terms”) govern your use of the Website and set out the rules of participation in the Offer. By availing the Offer, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept these Terms, and you agree to be bound by the Terms.

In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms, results and all other matters relating to the Offer, Emirates' decision will be final and binding, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

The Offer terms and conditions:

• Customers purchasing an Eligible Flight (defined below) can enjoy a complimentary one-day pass to Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark subject to the below terms and Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark terms and conditions (the “Offer”).
• To avail of the Offer, you must, during the Sales Period, book and pay in full using instant payment methods (e.g. hold my fare or bank transfer are not eligible for the Offer) for an Emirates operated return flight originating from Europe, United Kingdom, Turkiye and the Russian Federation to final destination Dubai [DXB] at emirates.com, through Emirates Call Centre, Retail stores located in the aforementioned countries or via a travel agent participating in the campaign with outbound travel to be completed within the Travel Period (“Eligible Flight”). Flight tickets must be purchased for return journeys. One way flight tickets as well as tickets with final Emirates flights destination other than Dubai (transiting Dubai and/or tickets with a stopover in Dubai) will not be eligible for the Offer.
• Sales Period – opens at 10.00 Dubai LT on 22 August 2024 and closes at 23.59 Dubai LT on 12 September 2024
• Travel Period – 26 August 2024 to 3 October 2024 inclusive [last outbound departures].
• Immediately after purchasing an Eligible Flight on emirates.com, you will receive your unique access code on booking confirmation email.
• For eligible flight purchase via Emirates Call Centre, Retail stores or via participating travel agents, please claim Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark access code from Emirates Call Centre, Retail stores or your travel agent or contact emiratesoffer@emirates.com directly to claim your access code to Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark which will be emailed to you within 96 hours upon providing a booking reference (passenger name record - PNR), arrival date to Dubai, passenger names (all should be booked under provided booking reference), contact phone number and email address to which unique access codes of the Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark should be sent.
• Infants and children under 3 years old will not be provided with unique access code as they are admitted to Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark free of charge.
• The complimentary Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark access code / one-day pass under this offer is non-changeable, non-transferable, non-resalable, non-refundable, has no cash value, may not be combined with any other offer, discount, ticket and is not valid towards previously purchased Aquaventure Waterpark tickets.
• The complimentary Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark access code / one-day pass under this Offer does not include any additional products, services, transportation, entertainment and/or food and beverage.
• The Offer is valid for flight tickets issued on Emirates (ticket number starting with 176), operated by Emirates aircraft and Emirates crew, and on Emirates flights only (flight number starting with EK).
• Emirates flight tickets are at all times subject to availability and Emirates Conditions of Carriage and applicable ticket conditions as set out on the Emirates website.
• The unique access codes are to be exchanged for a one-day pass to Aquaventure Waterpark (must be used the same day) by end of 8 October 2024 at the ticket counter of Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark where you also will be required to present your Emirates boarding pass to confirm the eligibility.
• Each access code can be exchanged for a one one-day pass to Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark.
• By availing this Offer, you agree to and accept the Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark Terms and Conditions available on Aquaventure World website.
• If you cancel your Eligible Flight, the related Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark access code will be voided without any notification.
• Emirates accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by an individual as a result of entering or availing the Offer whatsoever for any reason including without limitation to attraction closure. This exclusion does not include any liability for death or personal injury caused solely by the negligence of Emirates.
• Availing the Offer does not confer on the individual any rights in or over any intellectual property arising in connection with the Offer. Any Terms which are held to be invalid in any jurisdiction shall whenever allowed by the context be deemed to be replaced by such valid and enforceable terms and conditions whose contents are as close as permissible to those of the invalid or unenforceable Terms. 
• Emirates reserves the right to modify or vary the Offer and/or these Terms at any time.

Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark terms and conditions:

• The complimentary Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark day pass is for admission between 10:00am until sunset (subject to change without prior notice).
• Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware or alcohol into Aquaventure Waterpark.
• By availing this Offer, you agree to and accept the Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark Terms and Conditions available on Aquaventure World website.
• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, and as applicable the UAE, and the Dubai courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising.
