) operate bus 36, which runs several times an hour between the airport and city centre destinations. The service departs from the airport basement and it takes about 60 minutes to get to downtown Singapore (fares: around S$2). Ticket machines on the bus don't give change so passengers are advised to get small denominations at the change machine in the arrivals halls.
A regular coach service leaves the airport for Johor Bahru, across the causeway in Malaysia (journey time: 2 hours 15 minutes; fare: S$7).
Shared-ride shuttle buses (tel: 6241 3818) run between the airport and city centre hotels (journey time: 40 minutes; fare: S$9).
Taxi ranks are situated outside the arrivals hall and are available 24 hours a day. The journey to the city takes around 30 minutes and the fare ranges from S$18 to S$38, depending on the destination.
Ground transportation desks (tel: 6241 3818) are situated in the arrivals hall of each terminal, and provide information on all forms of transport to/from the airport.

) station is located beneath Terminals 2 and 3. It takes about 35 minutes to reach the city centre by train (with one change at Tanah Merah) and fares range from S$1.30 to S$2.30, depending where you are going in Singapore.
|Car parking||There are currently six car parks at Singapore Changi Airport: uncovered car park 1 serves Terminal 1, multistorey car parks 2B and 2A serve Terminal 2, while car parks 3B and 3A serve Terminal 3. A smaller car park is located next to the former budget terminal.|
|Information and help desks||Information counters can be found at several locations within the terminals. Help telephones and touch-screen information kiosks are also situated throughout the airport. Additionally, passengers can submit enquiries in advance through the airport's website.|
Bureaux de change kiosks are open 24 hours a day and are located in all terminals. Banks and ATMs are also available throughout the airport.
Singapore Changi Airport has many restaurants, cafés, bars, delis, fast-food outlets and snack bars, offering both Western and Asian cuisine. Many of these eateries are open 24 hours a day. There are also lounge bars showcasing live music in all terminals.
There are numerous shops at Singapore Changi Airport, including duty-free outlets and 24-hour mini-supermarkets in all terminals. Other retailers sell a range of items, from the latest fashion to specialist local produce.
Left-luggage services are available in all terminals. The information and customer service counters can be approached about lost and found items, or alternatively, passengers should contact the relevant airline – telephone numbers are available on the airport’s website. Porters are on hand to assist passengers with baggage (for a small fee).
Other facilities:The airport is home to a number of well-equipped transit lounges; the Rainforest Lounge provides shower facilities and spa treatments and the Plaza Premium Lounge has shower facilities and refreshments. Additionally, showers in the transit hotels may be used by non-guests for a fee. The airport is also home to themed gardens, a swimming pool and fitness centre.
Other facilities include walk-in medical clinics, a 24-hour medical emergency centre (tel: 6543 1118 or 6543 2223), pharmacies and a multi-faith prayer room.
Baby-change rooms and children's play areas are also available; most female toilets have baby change facilities.
|Conference and business facilities||There are business lounges within the transit hotels in Terminals 2 and 3 (tel: 6542 8122 for Terminal 2 or 6823 5300 for Terminal 3). Facilities include workstations, photocopying and fax machines, and meeting rooms. Secretarial and translation services are also available upon request. |Airport hotels||Transit hotels provide rooms in each terminal and charge per six hours. In addition, there is a full-service hotel on-site and other accommodation options nearby.|
Ambassador Transit Hotel
The Ambassador Transit Hotels are located in all three terminals of Singapore Changi Airport. These hotels provide rooms on a six-hourly basis and offer services such as a swimming pool (Terminal 1), restaurants (Terminals 2 and 3 only), gyms and shower facilities.

The futuristic Changi Village Hotel is a 15-minute drive from Singapore Changi Airport and provides a free shuttle service to/from the airport. The hotel has a rooftop spa, swimming pool, a range of dining options and provides a number of business services.
