As instructed by the UAE government, we’ve suspended all flights to and from Doha until further notice.

In addition, Qatari nationals are not permitted to enter the UAE or transit within any UAE airport – irrespective of the type of travel document they hold. Exceptions are only made for Qatari Nationals travelling with a UAE National who is also a first relative, for example a father, mother, son, daughter, wife or husband. 

Qatari nationals who aren’t travelling with a UAE national relative and have purchased an Emirates ticket to Dubai or transiting Dubai can request a refund. (Please note at this time affected customers can’t rebook their tickets.)

In addition, expatriates holding Qatari residency who are either transiting or entering the UAE will be processed with the normal entry formalities as per their national passport
