How to convert your Membership Rewards® point
- To convert your Membership Rewards® points into Skywards Miles, select your country of residence and log in to your American Express account.
- If you are a resident of Malaysia (+60 379490737) or Thailand (+66 22735566), please call American Express to complete the conversion.
Spend your Miles on what you enjoy most
• Pay with Miles for the full cost of your flights with Emirates and partner airlines.
• Reduce the cost of your Emirates or flydubai flight using Cash+Miles.
• Upgrade with Miles from Economy Class to Business Class, and Business Class to First Class.
• Book stays with Emirates Skywards Hotels(Opens external link in a new tab) at more than 400,000 hotels worldwide.
• Get a collector’s item or tickets to your favourite sporting events on Skywards Exclusives.
- Enrolment in the Emirates Skywards Programme is required.
- Membership in the Emirates Skywards Programme is at all times subject to the Emirates Skywards Programme Rules(Opens page in the same tab) as set out on emirates.com
- Transfers will be made immediately, but please allow up to 48 hours for the transfer to be completed.
- Once a transfer is complete, you can redeem Skywards Miles for a range of rewards. Log into your Emirates Skywards account(Opens page in the same tab) at emirates.com and follow the online instructions or call your local Emirates Contact Centre.
- Once Skywards Miles are credited to your Emirates Skywards account, changes, reissuance or re-credit of Skywards Miles are not allowed.
- Please note no booking can be made until the Skywards Miles are credited to your Emirates Skywards account.
- Emirates flight tickets are subject to availability and Emirates Conditions of Carriage and applicable ticketing conditions as set out on the Emirates website.
- All redemption bookings are subject to the Emirates Skywards Programme Rules as set out on emirates.com.
- All taxes, duties and carrier imposed charges (including airport and/or government taxes) are the responsibility of the Member and must be paid prior to the issuance of the Reward ticket. Payments are accepted in cash or by Credit Card.
- Only one Emirates Skywards membership account number can be assigned for the transfer of Membership Rewards® points. Any subsequent change to the nominated Emirates Skywards membership account number is not allowed.
- For the avoidance of doubt, Skywards Skysurfers, My Family and Business Rewards accounts are not eligible for financial partner conversions.
