Why are Miles missing from my account?
Miles might be missing from your statement for several reasons. The most common are:
The name on the reservation doesn’t exactly match the name registered on your Emirates Skywards profile.
The transaction is still being processed (please allow 48 hours for a flight booked with Emirates or up to three weeks for a transaction with an Emirates Skywards partner).
Your Emirates Skywards membership number was not quoted, or was misquoted, at the time of booking or at check-in.
You have not travelled on the inbound or outbound part of your journey yet.
