When and where can I get lounge access?

As a Silver, Gold or Platinum member, you can enjoy a range of lounge benefits, even when flying Emirates in Economy Class.

Emirates Skywards Blue members can purchase access to the lounges in Dubai for themselves and eligible guests.

Silver members departing on or transiting to an Emirates flight from Dubai can access any of our Business Class Lounges in Concourses A, B or C in Dubai International airport.

Gold members can also use all Emirates Lounges and affiliated lounges across the network, even when flying Emirates in Economy Class. Additionally, as a Gold member, you can take a companion travelling on the same Emirates flight into the lounge with you.

Once you reach Platinum, you and one adult guest plus two minors can enjoy our First Class Lounges and Business Class Lounges in Dubai International airport, regardless of class of travel, provided that the guests are travelling on the same Emirates flight with you. You can pay to invite extra guests to join you. Anywhere else on our network, you may invite a guest to join you in our Emirates Lounges, with the same conditions.

Please note that all members travelling on flights operated by other carriers (including Emirates codeshare flights), other than Qantas, are not eligible to access the Emirates Lounges.

Additionally, you can now pay to invite guests beyond your entitlement. All Skywards members can pay to invite guests beyond their entitlement into the lounges in Dubai International airport. Gold and Platinum members can also pay to invite guests beyond their entitlement into selected lounges across our network. Please read our FAQ on Lounge access rules and charges for more information.
