Take control of your journey

You’ve booked your flights, now you can tailor the details. You can view your trips and choose seats and dietary meals. Book services like Chauffeur-drive or add a few extra bags to your allowance.

Complete your trip with hotels, rental cars, tours and more from the app. You can also track your baggage from check-in to your destination.

Register for biometrics

Make your journey a breeze by registering for the Biometric Smart Zones at Dubai International airport. You’ll be able to check in, clear immigration, enter our Concourse B lounge and board your flights simply by facial recognition. If you’re a member of Emirates Skywards you can register on the app by scanning your passport and snapping a selfie.

Check in for your flight

Check in on the app and download your digital boarding pass. No more crumpled paper - simply save your boarding pass to your digital wallet to present on your mobile. You can use a mobile boarding pass in Dubai and many airports around the world.

At the airport, you can use our airport maps to find shops, restaurants, lounges and more at Dubai International airport.

  • See what’s on the menu

    Have a look at the menu before you fly and open an offline version on board. If meal preordering is available on your flight in Business Class, you can choose your main courses from the app within 14 days of departure.

  • Choose your entertainment

    Make the most of your time on board and choose your movies, TV shows and more before you board. Browse through our entertainment listings and create an ice playlist of your favourites.

    Once you’re on board, you can sync your phone with your seatback screen on selected flights and your playlist will be ready to enjoy.

Track your baggage with ease

Use the baggage tracker in the Emirates app to see where your baggage is at every step of your journey. 

You can follow your baggage from check in to loading on the aircraft, while it’s being transferred to a connecting flight, and see when it has arrived at your destination. You can also check the baggage belt number when your baggage is ready to be collected in Dubai.
