Destination - United States (US)

Passport
Passport required.

Passport Exemptions:
Passengers with an Authorization for Parole of an Alien into the United States (Form I-512).
Document Validity:
Passports issued to nationals of India must be valid for the period of intended stay.
When passengers travel with an authorization for Parole of an Alien into the United States (Form I-512), it must be valid on arrival.
Additional Information:
Customs and Border Protection (CBP) pre-embarkation inspection:
- will take place when coming directly from Guam or Virgin Isl.;
- may take place when coming directly from Puerto Rico.
Minors:
Minors traveling unaccompanied, or accompanied by one parent or a person other than parent/legal guardian, can prevent possible delays if holding a notarized letter of authorization signed by absent parent(s). For more details refer to https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/3643/kw .

Visa Exemptions:
Passengers with an Authorization for Parole of an Alien into the United States (Form I-512).
Passengers admitted to the USA on a visa, returning to the USA after a visit of maximum 30 days to Canada or Mexico or to adjacent islands (except for Cuba) . Holders of F or J visas must present an endorsed SEVIS Form I-20MN for M visa holders; SEVIS I-20AB or SEVIS DS-2019 for F or J visa holders.
Additional Information:
A passenger may enter the USA with a valid visa in an expired passport, if also holding a valid passport of the same nationality. Transfer of a valid visa to a valid passport is highly recommended in all cases.

Transit - United Arab Emirates (AE)

Visa
Visa required.

TWOV (Transit Without Visa):
Passengers with a confirmed onward ticket for a flight to a third country within 24 hours. They must stay in the international transit area of the airport and have documents required for the next destination.
Visa Issuance:
E-transit visas can be obtained before departure. Passengers must have a printed e-transit visa confirmation and they can transit for a maximum stay of 48 hours. The passengers must transit for at least 8 hours.
Passengers can obtain a transit visa at Abu Dhabi (AUH), Dubai (DXB), Ras al Khaimah (RKT) or Sharjah (SHJ) for a maximum of 96 hours. The passenger must:
- transit for at least 8 hours; and
- have onward ticket to a third country; and
- have a passport valid for a minimum of 6 months from the arrival date.
Visas are only issued as a part of a transit package together with hotel accommodation and airport transfer.
Additional Information:
Passengers transiting through Dubai (DXB) with separate tickets and checked-in baggage do not have to clear immigrations and customs if they use the baggage transfer service offered by the airport. Fees apply.

Transit - Ireland (Rep.) (IE)

Visa
Visa required.

Visa Exemptions:
Nationals of India with a short stay visa issued by the United Kingdom if they have first entered the United Kingdom and been granted a stay of 180 days in the United Kingdom. They are visa exempt for a maximum stay of 90 days in Ireland (Rep.) or until the end of the period of stay granted in the United Kingdom, whichever is shorter.
  • Not applicable to short stay visas issued for the purpose of transit, marriage or to enter into a civil partnership.
Nationals of India with a short stay visa endorsed "BIVS" issued by the United Kingdom. Passengers must have first entered the United Kingdom and they are visa exempt for a maximum stay of 90 days or until the end of the period of stay granted in the United Kingdom, whichever is shorter.
TWOV (Transit Without Visa):
Passengers transiting through Dublin (DUB) with a confirmed onward ticket for a flight to a third country. They must:
- arrive at and depart from Terminal 2, and
- be transiting between 04:00 and 16:00 on the same calendar day, and
- stay in the international transit area of the airport, and
- have documents required for the next destination.
