Toilets and facilities

Our boarding area has lots of seating, accessible toilets and baby changing facilities.

Priority boarding

You will be one of the first to board the flight. This gives you a little longer to get settled on board. If you haven’t arranged assistance, you can also notify us at check-in that you’d like preferential boarding or you can ask for a hidden disabilities sunflower lanyard.

Boarding announcements

When the flight is ready for boarding, there will be announcements to board by cabin class and seating zone. Check your boarding pass for your zone and come forward when yours is called. There are also screens displaying the zone and cabin class that has been called to board.

Biometric boarding

Some of our departure gates have biometric boarding. If you’ve registered for Emirates Biometrics, you can board faster and hands-free with facial recognition.

You must be able to reach the facial scanner to use the biometric boarding gates, otherwise our team will be there to help you board in the usual way.
