Earning Miles on stays

• To earn Skywards Miles on stays at eligible Jumeirah properties, simply quote your Emirates Skywards membership number when booking and present your card upon check-in.
• Eligible stay is a stay with an eligible rate; i.e., any published rate excluding:
  • Any booking made through a travel agent or individual wholesale/tour operator, third-party websites (e.g. booking.com, expedia.com, etc.), airline crew rates, travel industry rates, discounted long stay rates, friends and family rates, employee rates and government rates; 
  • Circumstances where the guest is a no show (if charged), any barter arrangement, any complimentary room arrangement, a gift voucher or third-party award. 
  • ‘Corporate’ and ‘Group’ rates involving a group master-billing arrangement where charges for multiple rooms are placed or merged on one hotel bill and billed to a company or common address or settled at check-out by one individual. 
  • Selected special discounted room rates.
  • Certain elements of room rates and/or package rates which may not, at Jumeirah’s sole discretion, be eligible for Skywards Miles earning.
• Emirates Skywards members who have not paid the eligible rate will not earn Miles on the room tariff.
• Skywards Miles will not be awarded for conference related and third party services.
• Earning of Skywards Miles is not eligible at Maltese Falcon, The Lowndes London, Zabeel House the Greens, as well as residences managed by Jumeirah Living. This list may be updated by Jumeirah from time to time on their website.
• Members are required to present their valid digital Emirates Skywards membership card upon check-in to earn Skywards Miles. 
• Miles will be credited within 28 days after check-out.
• The name on your booking must match your Emirates Skywards membership details.
• Members may not earn both Jumeirah One Points and Skywards Miles for the same stay.

Converting Jumeirah One Points into Skywards Miles 

• You can convert 2 Jumeirah One Points into Skywards Miles. 
• Your Skywards Miles will be credited within 28 days of your conversion. 
• Conversions cannot be cancelled or reversed. 
• Your name in your Jumeirah One membership account must match your Emirates Skywards membership details to ensure successful conversions.
• Points can be only converted in increments of 100.
