This is one to one care which won’t be forgotten for life

Emirates Customer Service made me feel part of a family and became part of mine. Arranging for direct pick up from the plane door, landing from Lisbon and accompanying me to next door gate to Rome in less than 35 minutes. I had to change the plane itself via the Customer app &amp; chat, for my connection in Dubai for a family emergency. They never left me alone; this is one to one care which won’t be forgotten for life.
