  • Additional distance when you travel together

    Travelling together? Share a Chauffeur-drive car to travel up to 50% further on top of your complimentary distance for no extra fee. We’ll collect you and drop you off at the same address.

  • BMW 7 Series for First Class
    Travel better to and from Dubai International in our luxury First Class limousine. Recline your seat, switch off and enjoy the view or catch up on your messages while our chauffeur does the driving. Set the temperature and relax into the journey in the comfort of your luxury seat.
  • BMW 5 Series Touring for Business Class

    When you fly Business Class with us, we’ll drive you in comfort to and from Dubai International in our BMW 5 Series Touring car. Settle into your leather seat, relax in the spacious interior and let our chauffeur take you where you need to go.

Book Emirates Chauffeur-drive

Arrange your Chauffeur-drive pick-up at least 10 hours ahead of your flight. You can add it to your itinerary when you book and pay for your flight, or later through Manage Your Booking. When you land, check in with your driver at our Chauffeur-drive desks.

Booking conditions

  1. Only adult passengers are entitled to Chauffeur-drive service and one adult is entitled to one car. The Chauffeur‑drive services are available to customers aged 18 years and above when travelling alone. Customers aged 12–17 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Emirates and/or its service provider reserve the right to refuse the service if these age requirements are not met.
  2. Maximum capacity per vehicle is dependent on the car type and is subject to change based on local regulatory requirements.
  3. Your driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time.
  4. Additional charges apply if a larger vehicle or child or infant car seat is required.
  5. You can travel further than the mileage limit for an extra fee. Simply pay our Chauffeur-drive partner directly before you start your journey. They will be in touch within 96 hours before your flight departs and will either send a payment link to the email address in your booking, or they may give you a call. In most cities the option to pay the extra fee to the chauffeur on collection is not available.
  6. Chauffeur-drive service is not available in conjunction with Skywards Business and First Class Classic Rewards and Economy to Business Class upgrades.
  7. Chauffeur-drive vehicle models are subject to availability.
