Home Check-in and Land & Leave
Let the check in agents come to you, wherever you are. Enjoy exclusive rates on Home Check-in and Land & Leave services when you fly Emirates.
Book Home Check-in and let the agents come to you to weigh and tag your bags, print your boarding pass and deliver your bags to the flight. You can add extra services like airport fast-track, or upgrade to a full meet and greet service.
When you book and travel in First Class, Home Check-in is complimentary. Our free Home Check-in service applies to full fare First Class tickets. If you’ve bought your tickets using Skywards Miles or upgraded your ticket with cash or miles, you’ll need to book our paid Home Check-in service.
Or book Land & Leave and a porter will collect your bags and deliver them to your address when you arrive in Dubai. Step off the aircraft, go through immigration and head straight home or to your hotel.
Services for your convenience
Concierge Service
Take advantage of our baggage porters at Departures and Arrivals. They can take your bags to check-in, or they can pick up your luggage from the baggage belt and take it to your onward transport.
Look out for our porters at the entrance to Emirates Terminal 3 Departures, and after Passport Control at Arrivals.

To help you keep your bags secure and protected on their journey, we can wrap your bags in strong transparent plastic.
Find the baggage wrap machines just before check-in at Departures in Emirates Terminal 3.
AED 40 for each standard size bag.

Luggage storage
If you have time to spare before your next flight, drop your bags in our safe storage at the airport and you can head back into the city hands-free. Left luggage is ideal when you have to check out from your hotel long before your flight, or if you’re on a short stopover on your way through Dubai.
Find the left luggage storage at Arrivals in Emirates Terminal 3.
These are the charges to store your bags for up to 12 hours:

If you’re flying with baggage that’s a funny shape, you may need to take a few extra steps to check it in.
Some baggage doesn’t travel easily on a conveyer belt. That includes round, irregular-shaped parcels; bags with loose straps or with handles that can’t be removed or secured; or bags that don’t have a flat surface.
If that sounds like your baggage, you need to repack it in a cardboard box which you can find at the baggage wrapping kiosks just before check-in. You can also get travel bags from airport duty free. Otherwise, you can always send bulky items through our Emirates Skycargo services.
