How to convert

  1. Automatic conversion: Select Skywards Miles as your earning preference in your Radisson Rewards profile. Radisson Rewards will be automatically converted to Skywards Miles every time your account balance reaches 10,000 Radisson Rewards points. 
  2. Manual conversion: 
    • Log in to your Radisson Rewards account 
    • Select airline redemption 
    • Choose Emirates Skywards as the airline programme
    • Enter your Emirates Skywards membership number
    • Select points to be transferred in increments of 2,000, 50,000 and 100,000

Important Information

  • Emirates Skywards and Radisson Rewards membership numbers are required to convert Radisson Rewards points to Skywards Miles
  • The account holder’s name must match exactly between the Radisson Rewards account and Emirates Skywards account. Mismatched details may cause conversion failure or delays.
  • Emirates Skywards members must select to earn Skywards Miles in their Radisson Rewards profile or select Emirates Skywards as a redemption partner.
  • If an Emirates Skywards member chooses to earn Skyward Miles automatically when their Radisson Rewards points balance reaches 10,000 points, points will automatically be converted to 1,000 Skywards Miles.
  • Emirates Skywards Members can also choose to convert Radisson Rewards points manually, in increments of 2,000, 50,000 and 100,000 points.
  • Conversions can only be made from one Radisson Rewards account to one Emirates Skywards account.
  • By requesting for the conversion, members authorise Radisson Rewards to share certain information with Emirates Skywards, including but not limited to name, Emirates Skywards membership number and amount of Miles to transfer. 
  • The conversion rate is subject to change without notice
  • Radisson Rewards points will be deducted from the member’s reward balance immediately. Skywards Miles will be credited to the member’s Emirates Skywards account within 4-6 weeks.
  • Once converted, the expiry and value of the Skywards Miles will be subject to Emirates Skywards Programme Rules. 
  • Radisson Rewards points once converted to Skywards Miles cannot be reversed.
