Emaar Malls Rewards Programme Terms & Conditions

Earning Skywards Miles:

  • To earn Skywards Miles, Emirates Skywards members need to download The Dubai Mall App, create an Emaar Malls PJSC (“Emaar Malls”) account to become an Emaar Malls Rewards programme member (“Emaar Malls member”). They can then link their Emirates Skywards account using their Emirates Skywards credentials.
  • Once an Emirates Skywards member has successfully linked their Emirates Skywards account, they may earn Skywards Miles by submitting valid receipts through the ‘Add Receipt’ scanning tool on The Dubai Mall App.
  • A valid receipt is defined as a store receipt for a transaction carried out by the Emaar Malls member at The Dubai Mall, and submitted within 14 days from the transaction date through The Dubai Mall App. The 14 day period includes the date of purchase, and receipts that are submitted more than 14 days after the date of purchase will not be accepted. The time of purchase will not be taken into consideration.
  • Credit/Debit card receipts will not be accepted.
  • The member must ensure that the entire receipt is captured by the ‘Add Receipt’ scanning tool, including all information available.
  • Each receipt must be scanned separately through the ‘Add Receipt’ option.
  • The following are not accepted: manually written receipts, Emaar gift card purchases or any other gift cards purchases, deposit and item reservation receipts, Mediclinic bills, insurance payments, screenshots taken from The Dubai Mall App or any other app, pictures taken from other devices’ screens, photocopied or scanned receipts, online order or online purchase receipts, Etisalat receipts, Du receipts, utility payments, DED receipts, bank receipts, exchange conversion of currency receipts, and travel payments made through the travel agencies.
  • Items purchased through a credit note, through credit transfer or through item exchange will not be accepted, and Skywards Miles will only be awarded on the remaining value.
  • In linking an Emirates Skywards account to The Dubai Mall App, Emirates Skywards members consent to and authorise Emirates Skywards to share the following membership details with Emaar Malls: member name, Emirates Skywards membership number, tier status, and Skywards Miles balance. The members’ Emirates Skywards credentials will not be shared with Emaar Malls.
  • Emirates Skywards members who are Emaar Malls Rewards members can earn Skywards Miles on all valid receipts for purchases in The Dubai Mall of AED 100 and above.
  • Verification of receipt validity will be the responsibility of Emaar Malls, and Emaar Malls reserves the right to reject receipts and withhold any associated rewards.
  • Emirates Skywards members who have linked their account to The Dubai Mall App will earn Skywards Miles on their spend in The Dubai Mall at a rate of:
    • Emirates Skywards Platinum, Gold and Silver: 1 Skywards Mile per USD 1 spent
    • Emirates Skywards Blue: 1 Skywards Mile per USD 2 spent
  • Skywards Miles will be credited to the Emirates Skywards member’s account within one week from the date of submitting the valid receipt, although this timeline may be extended if the transaction is of a high value or requires further investigation. Any transaction value above USD 10,000 will be credited within one month of submitting a valid receipt.
  • In the event that a valid receipt has been scanned through The Dubai Mall App and the Skywards Miles have not been posted to the Emirates Skywards member’s account, Skywards Miles can be claimed by contacting Emaar Malls within six months via The Dubai Mall app, or by contacting the Emirates Skywards Contact Centre.
  • This is an accrual-only partnership; redemption is not available.
  • Emirates Skywards Silver members may earn a maximum of 10,000 Skywards Miles per month and Blue members may earn a maximum of 5,000 Miles per month. These limits are based on the date of purchase on the receipt and not on the date of upload or verification. Skywards Miles earned in excess of the monthly cap will not be credited and cannot be carried forward to the following month.
  • Once a receipt is scanned, the receipt cannot be used to earn Skywards Miles for another Emirates Skywards account or removed to be re-uploaded.
  • Skywards Skysurfers are not eligible to link their Emirates Skywards account to The Dubai Mall App due to age restrictions. In addition, My Family and Business Rewards accounts are also ineligible to join the programme.
  • Skywards Miles will not be earned on refunded or returned products.
  • Receipt information may be shared with retailers purely for receipt verification, validation and fraud detection purposes.
  • Emaar Malls reserves the right to suspend or disable the accounts of Emaar Malls’ members and prevent any future reward accruals through The Dubai Mall App, should any fraudulent activity or misuse of the Emaar Malls Rewards programme be detected or suspected by Emaar Malls. Emaar Malls is not obliged to award Skywards Miles for valid receipts during the period of account suspension.
  • Emirates Skywards may at any time without prior notice to Emirates Skywards members, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel the benefits provided under the partnership or impose additional restrictions or conditions in connection with the benefits.
  • Emaar Malls may at any time without prior notice to Emirates Skywards members, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel the benefits provided under the partnership or impose additional restrictions or conditions in connection with the benefits.
  • When an Emirates Skywards member avails of benefits, goods or services from Emaar Malls the contract for such benefits, goods or services is between the Emirates Skywards member and Emaar Malls. Accordingly Emaar Malls terms and conditions shall apply. To the extent permitted by law, Emirates Skywards accepts no liability whatsoever in respect of benefits, goods or services supplied by Emaar Malls in connection with Emaar Malls refusal to supply goods or services to the Emirates Skywards member.

Reserved Parking at The Dubai Mall:

  • This benefit is only available to Emirates Skywards Platinum members who are also Emaar Malls members.
  • The Reserved Parking is located on P2 at Fashion Avenue parking.
  • To enter the Reserved Parking, the member must register their vehicle number plate details through The Dubai Mall App.
  • This benefit is limited to one vehicle per Emirates Skywards Platinum member.
  • Access is subject to availability. In case the Reserved Parking is full or closed for renovations, an alternative arrangement or benefit may not be offered.
  • This benefit is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or benefits.

Access to The Lounge in The Dubai Mall:

  • This benefit is only available to Emirates Skywards Platinum members who are also Emaar Malls members.
  • The Lounge is located on R-Level of Fashion Avenue.
  • To enter The Lounge, members must show their Emirates Skywards membership profile linked to The Dubai Mall App.
  • The Emaar Malls member is entitled to one-time access per day to The Lounge.
  • This benefit is limited to the member and one (1) guest.
  • The member is required to contact The Lounge prior to their visit on 04 367 5555 or thelounge@emaar.ae(Opens an external website in a new tab)
  • Access is subject to availability. In case the lounge is full or closed for renovations, an alternative arrangement or benefit may not be offered.
  • The dress code policy is smart casual and Emirati national dress. Beach clothes, shorts, flip flops and caps are not allowed inside The Lounge at Fashion Avenue.
  • Children under the age of 18 are not allowed entry to The Lounge at Fashion Avenue.
  • Outside food and beverages are prohibited within The Lounge at Fashion Avenue.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited within The Lounge at Fashion Avenue.
  • This benefit is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or benefits.

Complimentary Delivery in The Dubai Mall:

  • Only Emirates Skywards Platinum and Gold members can avail this complimentary service for any purchase in The Dubai Mall, with no minimum spend required. Purchases from outside The Dubai Mall are not accepted.
  • Delivery within Dubai is only to private residences, business addresses and hotels.
  • Members should present their registered phone number to the Guest Service agent or to the retailer to avail the service, along with the other information required for delivery.
  • Members must provide their full name, address, email ID and contact number to avail the Delivery Service. Incomplete information will incur a cancellation. P.O. Boxes are not accepted.
  • The Delivery Service is available seven days a week, between 10:00 - 22:00.
  • For same day delivery, Emirates Skywards Platinum and Gold members must drop off the item(s) before 17:00, for delivery before 22:00. Items dropped off after 17:00 will be scheduled for delivery the next day.
  • Members’ items will be returned to The Dubai Mall Delivery Service if the customer is not available for the first and second delivery attempt, and returned to The Dubai Mall retail store on the third delivery attempt. The member will be notified by SMS.
  • Groceries and perishable items are not accepted.
  • The maximum cumulative weight for multiple or a single item is 25kgs. The maximum dimensions are: L120cm x W90cm x H85cm.
  • The Dubai Mall is not responsible for damages incurred during the Delivery Service. Fragile items must be appropriately wrapped by the retail store to prevent any damage before collection.
  • The Dubai Mall reserves the right to decline the acceptance or collection of any bag if the terms and conditions are not followed.
  • This benefit is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or benefits.

In-Mall Chauffeur Service in The Dubai Mall:

  • This benefit is only available to Emirates Skywards Platinum members who are also Emaar Malls members.
  • The In-Mall Chauffeur working hours are as per The Dubai Mall trading hours.
  • Members must show their Emirates Skywards membership profile in The Dubai Mall App to the Guest Service associate at The Dubai Mall information desk to avail the complimentary service.
  • The In-Mall Chauffeur service is subject to availability. In case the service is unavailable, an alternative arrangement or benefit may not be offered.
  • A customer’s refusal to any of the above terms and conditions will result in refusal of The Dubai Mall Management to provide the service.
  • This benefit is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or benefits.

Emaar hotels Dining Discounts:

  • This benefit is only available to Emirates Skywards members who are also Emaar Malls members.
  • The following Emirates Skywards tiers are eligible for this benefit:
    • Emirates Skywards Platinum members – 30% discount
    • Emirates Skywards Gold members – 25% discount
    • Emirates Skywards Silver members – 20% discount
  • To avail of this benefit, Emirates Skywards members must provide the restaurant personnel with a unique voucher code, which will appear on The Dubai Mall App once the member has scanned a barcode or inputted a 4 digit code that will be provided by the restaurant personnel.
  • Emaar Hospitality Group restaurants are located outside The Dubai Mall and therefore Skywards Miles may not be earned on spend at these restaurants.
  • The discount applies to food and beverages.
  • The discount may not be used in conjunction with any other food and beverage offer, promotion or discount.
  • The discount applies to a table of up to nine guests and does not apply to group booking of 10 guests or more.
  • This benefit cannot be traded in exchange of cash in part or whole.
  • This benefit can be availed only once a day.
  • The discount of food and beverages applies to all restaurants operated by Emaar Hospitality Group, with the exception of restaurants at Rove Hotels.
