Earn Skywards Miles

  • If you purchase tickets for travel on or before 29 October 2022, you can still earn Skywards Miles on your flights.
  • Tickets purchased and flights flown on or after 30 October 2022 will no longer be eligible to earn Skywards Miles.
  • If you’ve flown on JetBlue Airways on or before 29 October 2022 but didn’t quote your Skywards Membership number while booking, you can still claim your Miles within 180 days after your travel date. To claim missing Skywards Miles for flights completed on or before 29 October 2022 within 180 days after your travel date, please contact us with your flight details using Live Chat(Opens link in the same tab)

The number of Skywards Miles you will earn will depend on the class of travel, fare type and distance flown:

  • Economy Class: up to 1 Skywards Mile for every mile flown
  • Mint Class: up to 1.5 Skywards Miles for every mile flown

Spend Skywards Miles

  • If you have spent your Miles on a reward ticket on or before 6 September 2022, you can still use your ticket according to the existing ticket rules.
  • If you have spent your Miles on a reward ticket between 7 September 2022 and 29 October 2022, you’ll need to travel by 29 October 2022.
  • To book a flight using Skywards Miles with JetBlue, click on Spend now(Opens link in the same tab), choose Book Classic Rewards Flight and select search partner flights only. You will then be able to check the availability of flights and use your Miles at checkout.

Check the table below for the number of Miles you need for a one-way reward flight. You’ll need twice the number of Miles for a return reward flight.
