From Los Angeles, take Interstate 405 South, turn off onto Interstate 105 West and follow signs to the airport. Traffic is heavy at peak times and the airport recommends using public transport.|

Taxis stop outside the terminals on the lower (Arrivals) levels. Authorised taxis serve Los Angeles International Airport and display fixed-fare tariffs to local destinations. A list of providers is available on the airport's website. Expect to pay upwards of $40 for the trip into central Los Angeles, $75 to Disneyland and $35 to Hollywood.

). A single fare on the Metro network starts at US$1.50, and journey time into the city is around 40 minutes.
|Car parking||There are about 8,000 parking spaces available in eight centrally located car parks, providing both short and long-term parking. Metered parking is available in the central terminal area and in the uncovered car parks on the arrivals levels.The two perimeter car parks (B and C) offer cheaper daily rates; the free shuttle runs between car park C and the terminals. |Information and help desks||Travelers Aid booths are located on the lower level (Arrivals) of each terminal, near baggage reclaim – these also provide information and assistance for disabled passengers. ATMs, banks and bureaux de change are available in all terminals.
Postal services are not available at the airport. Free Wi-Fi is available, but paid-for premium internet access is also offered throughout LAX. In addition, public telephones with internet data port access are positioned at various points within each terminal. Mobile phone hire services can be found in Arrivals at the TBI Terminal, while free electrical recharging stations for mobile phones and laptops are available throughout the airport.
There are numerous bars, cafés and restaurants at Los Angeles International Airport. These range from standard US and Mexican-style fast-food vendors to grill restaurants and sports bars.
There are many shops at Los Angeles International Airport, including newsagents, gift shops and bookshops. Duty-free shopping, for international passengers, can be found in Terminals 2 to 7 and in the TBI Terminal.
Luggage trolleys are available to use in the baggage reclaim areas and outside the terminals. There are currently no electronic baggage lockers at Los Angeles International Airport; passengers are advised to contact their airline to arrange baggage storage. There is a first aid station in the TBI Terminal. AED units (defibrillators) are situated throughout Los Angeles International Airport.
|Conference and business facilities||Notary services are available at the ICE Currency Exchange booth on the departures level of the TBI Terminal.
