Each account has a Business Rewards administrator who can manage the membership, book travel for members, and use Business Rewards Miles to book travel and view travel reports.
There are no limitations and you can have multiple administrators. However by default, the person who creates a Business Rewards account is assigned as the administrator. The role can then be reassigned at any time to another individual.
Members need not live in the country where the organisation is registered.
A Business Rewards account can have a maximum of 80 members. They may add up to 80 new members in any year, but cannot exceed the maximum membership. If for example, three members are removed from this programme, the administrator cannot add another three names in the same year if they have already added 80 new members in that year.
No. Each member is a Skywards member, and each member can only be linked to one Business Rewards organisation at any time.

Business Rewards Miles are valid for three years from the flight date. They will expire on the next anniversary of the organisation’s joining date. For example, if the joining date of your organisation was in August 2008, and you earned Business Rewards Miles in June 2009, your Miles will expire on 31st August 2012. Or, if you earned Miles in October 2008 and the joining date of your organisation is in May 2008, your Miles will expire on 31st May 2012.
You can earn Miles only on Emirates flights booked online through Business Rewards. The actual number of Miles earned depends on how much is spent on the ticket.

You earn two miles per US$ spent on the base fare. The base fare is the fare before surcharges, taxes, service fees etc., as displayed for each flight in the Business Rewards booking engine.

Business Rewards Miles are calculated at the end of each month for travel completed in that month. If an itinerary begins in one month and ends in a subsequent month, the Business Rewards Miles earned for that itinerary will be added to each month on a pro rata basis. Business Rewards Miles earned in a given month will appear in the Group Administrator view of the organisation’s account and be fully redeemable by the 18th day of the following month. E.g. Booking from Dubai – London – Dubai. Travel Dubai-London on the 27-Feb-09 Business Reward (BR) Miles will be credited on the 18-Mar-09. Travel London-Dubai on the 03-Mar-09 Business Reward (BR) Miles will be credited on the 18-Apr-09.
