| Airport news | Expansion of the terminal complex is already under way. A high-speed electric train is also planned to connect the airport with the city, but no date of completion has been announced. A new express toll road is also planned; this would connect the airport to the city's ring road at Hennur. The second terminal is currently exclusively for the use of Hajj pilgrims, and is not in general use. |
