When it comes to checking in, you can either do it yourself or allow us to roll out the red carpet for you. That’s because Emirates Terminal 3 features both the convenient self-service check-in technology and the luxurious over the counter service you’ve come to expect from us.
First Class and Business Class
Our premium customers expect the best. That’s why at Emirates Terminal 3 we provide 15 dedicated check-in counters for First Class, and 15 for Business Class, ensuring that your journey through check-in is smooth and relaxed.
With 120 counters to choose from, our Economy Class customers will fly through check-in at Emirates Terminal 3. To further streamline the check-in process, customers can use any counter for check-in with additional counters dedicated for:
• Flights to the US
• Bag Drop: for customers who have checked in online or at a self-service kiosk
In addition, Emirates Terminal 3 offers a further 16 check-in counters in Check-in Zone C, a dedicated area adjoining the car park in level 2. These check-in counters are open seven days a week from 17:00 to 10:00, providing additional capacity during the peak overnight period.
During this time, these counters are available for all Emirates customers (except those traveling to the US), and can be used to check in up to 24 hours ahead of a flight. Please note that all customers will need to be present at the time of check-in.
With their close proximity to the car park, these counters offer easy access for customers with large volumes of luggage. For customers with excess baggage charges to pay, this can be done in the main terminal – or, you can pay online before checking in, and save 30%.
Please note that if using the car park, normal car parking charges will apply.
Emirates Skywards check-in counters
In recognition of our valued Emirates Skywards members, there are seven check-in counters at Emirates Terminal 3 reserved exclusively for Emirates Skywards Silver members traveling in Economy Class. Additionally, our Emirates Skywards Gold members can also check in using any of the Business Class counters available while Emirates Skywards Platinum members are free to use the First Class counters.
Emirates Terminal 3 is equipped with a number of self-service facilities that enable you to check in for your flight and obtain a boarding pass without having to queue at the counter. There are two forms of self-service check-in:
- Standalone kiosks
- Integrated counters with baggage belts attached, allowing passengers to check in baggage automatically
Passengers with baggage to check in who use the standalone kiosks can deposit their bags at the Bag Drop Counter.
