Emirates Terminal 3 is based near the center of Dubai, with excellent transportation links.

Getting to Emirates Terminal 3

Emirates Terminal 3 is located on Airport Road in Garhoud, a few kilometers from most of Dubai’s main centers. Be aware that at peak times, traffic on the main routes to and from the airport can cause delays if you are traveling by car, bus, or taxi.

Emirates Terminal 3 is also well served by public transport.

Taxis are easy to find in most areas of Dubai, and Emirates Terminal 3 also has a dedicated taxi stand at Arrivals.

The Dubai Metro Red Line stops at both Emirates Terminal 3 and Dubai Airport Terminal 1, offering a convenient link to the city. Find out more about Dubai Metro.

A number of bus routes also serve Dubai Airport. Use the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority’s journey planner to find the best route.

Transferring to or from Emirates Terminal 3

You can easily walk between Terminal 1 and Emirates Terminal 3 when transferring between flights. The walk should take no longer than 20 minutes, but we recommend that you allow extra time to ensure you don’t miss your next flight. There are elevators and escalators to assist you.

For your convenience, buggies are available for transport within the terminal buildings, but not between the terminals.

Passengers transferring to or from certain flydubai flights from Terminal 2 can take advantage of a dedicated transfer service.

Other passengers transferring through Terminal 2 should proceed through Arrivals and collect all baggage at baggage claim, then transfer to their connecting terminal using public transport or private transport links.

Codeshare Flights

All codeshare flights not operated by Emirates and Qantas, arrive and depart from Terminal 1.
