The Fly America Act requires employees of the U.S. Government, their dependents, consultants, contractors, grantees, and others performing work on behalf of the U.S. Government whose foreign air travel is financed by the U.S. Government to book their air travel under the provisions of the Fly America Act.
The Fly America Act permits travel on flights operated by foreign codeshare carriers provided the ticket shows the US flag carrier’s designated code. All Emirates flights operating from the US to Dubai and between New York (JFK) and Milan (MXP) operate with a jetBlue (B6) codeshare flight number and passengers that need to abide to the Fly America Act can therefore travel on these services.
JetBlue is a participant of the GSA fare program and was awarded the following six international city pairs operated by Emirates:
- Los Angeles – Dubai
- New York – Dubai
- Dallas – Dubai
- Seattle – Dubai
- Houston – Dubai
- San Francisco – Dubai

Wi-Fi in the Sky services may not be available over a number of countries, including China and India. Our service provider is working with regulatory authorities to extend coverage.
Complimentary Chauffeur-drive
We're pleased to offer complimentary chauffeur-driven airport transfers to our First Class and Business Class passengers in more than 70 cities***. Transfers are available: from your home or hotel to the airport, from the airport to your final destination and to and from the airport when making a stopover.
Chauffeur-drive is available in many of our destination cities and can be requested online through Manage a Booking up to 48 hours prior to your flight.
