How can I upgrade my flight using Business Rewards Points?

If you’re a Program Administrator, you can upgrade flights by logging in to the Emirates Business Rewards bookings page on emirates.com. Dynamic Reward upgrades are only available for bookings made online at emirates.com, through Emirates Contact Centers and ticket offices, or via your travel agent. All Dynamic Reward Upgrades must be processed through the Business Rewards page in the following steps:

• Log in to your Emirates Business Rewards account.
• Go to the Bookings tab.
• Select the itinerary to be upgraded under Upcoming Travel.
• Select the Upgrade option.
• On the next screen, choose the cabin to upgrade to.
• Follow the usual booking process.
