Is it possible to reroute the return sector on a Business Rewards award booking?
You can reroute your award ticket to another location on our route network within the same zone for a fee of USD 25. In this instance, an unused award ticket will be cancelled and your Business Rewards Miles will be credited back to your account (minus any expired Miles). A new ticket will be issued with a new validity period and destination and you will be charged taxes accordingly.
If you wish to reroute your award ticket to a separate zone, you will need to cancel your ticket completely and purchase a new one.
You cannot reroute your award ticket once travel has commenced.
