I've lost my paper ticket. What should I do?

Contact your local Emirates office immediately. You will need to complete a form of indemnity. Based on the information provided, Emirates will issue you with a replacement ticket or a refund (dependent on the fare conditions). A fee may be charged for the replacement of a lost ticket. A refund will only be issued 6 months after you notify us of a lost ticket.
