Emirates Skywards: The Basics

Emirates Skywards sometimes refers to origin and destination. What does this mean?

Your origin is the airport where you start each leg of your journey, and your destination is the airport where you end each leg of your journey. So, if you’re flying a return trip from London to Auckland, your outbound flight has an origin of London and a destination of Auckland; on your return flight, the origin is Auckland and the destination is London. Stopovers are not counted as destinations.
