If I use Points that are about to expire to book a Dynamic Reward flight or upgrade, can I refund the ticket later and get my Points back?

You can refund a Dynamic Reward flight or upgrade as long as the commercial fare rules allow cancellation or refund. However, we’ll only refund unexpired Business Rewards Points back to your account. If your Points have expired, only taxes will be refunded. To receive a refund of the taxes for an expired Dynamic Reward flight or upgrade, please complete the Eticket Refund Request form.
