Miles might be missing from your statement for several reasons. The most common are:
- The name on the reservation doesn’t exactly match the name registered on your Emirates Skywards profile.
- The transaction is still being processed (please allow 48 hours for a flight booked with Emirates or up to three weeks for a transaction with an Emirates Skywards partner).
- Your Emirates Skywards® membership number was not given, or was given incorrectly, at booking or check-in.
- You have not traveled on the inbound or outbound part of your journey yet.
