Why are miles missing from my account?

Miles might be missing from your statement for several reasons. The most common are listed here:

  1. The transaction is still being processed (allow 48 hours for a flight booked with Emirates or up to three weeks for a transaction with an Emirates Skywards® partner). 
  2. Your Emirates Skywards® membership number was not given, or was given incorrectly, at booking or check-in. 
  3. You have not traveled on the inbound or outbound part of your journey yet. 
  4. The name on the reservation did not match the name registered on your Emirates Skywards® profile.
