Fare Conditions

  • Valid for Emirates® flights originating from New York (JFK) only.
  • Special fares are valid on Emirates® non-stop transatlantic flights only.
  • Ticketing must be completed within 72 hours after booking.
  • Fares are roundtrip, per person, and include government taxes and fees.
  • All fares are subject to availability.  
  • For outbound/ inbound travel during the weekend (Friday through Sunday) additional charge applies.
  • Minimum stay: Sunday night.
  • Maximum stay:
    • 2 months to destinations in Africa and the Middle East.
    • 4 months to destinations in the South Asia Sub-continent (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka).
    • Extension of maximum stay is not permitted.
  • Changes and cancellations:
    • Reroute of itinerary is not permitted.
    • No refund on partly utilized tickets.
    • No-shows are subject to a fee of USD 200.
    • Ticket reissuance is permitted at a charge of USD 400.
    • Revalidations are subject to a USD 200 fee.
    • Reservation change is permitted before/after departure at a charge of USD 200.
  • Child discount:
    • Infants (0-2 years) without a seat pay 10% of applicable adult fare.
    • Infants (0-2 years) with seat pay 75% of the applicable adult fare.
    • Accompanied children (2-11 years) pay 75% of applicable adult fare.
    • Unaccompanied children pay the applicable adult fare.
