Fare Conditions

  • Valid for Emirates flights originating from New York (JFK), Houston (IAH), and Los Angeles (LAX) only.
  • Special fare to be valid on Emirates transatlantic flights only.
  • Minimum stay: Sunday night.
  • Maximum stay: 2 months to Africa/Middle East, 4 months to Indian-Subcontinent (India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka).
  • Outbound travel from New York (JFK) and Houston (IAH) must commence between 8th October and 4th December 2008 or between 12th January and 31st March 2009.
  • Outbound travel from Los Angeles (LAX) must commence between 26th October and 19th November 2008 or between 28th December and 31st March 2009.
  • Reservation change permitted before or after departure at a fee of USD 200.
  • Extension of maximum stay is not permitted.
  • One (1) free stopover permitted in Dubai, any additional at USD 100.
  • All fares and seats are subject to availability.
  • Child discount: infant (0-2 years) without a seat – 10% of applicable adult fare. Infant (0-2 years) with seat – 75% of the applicable adult fare. Accompanied children (2-11 years) – 75% of applicable adult fare. Unaccompanied children pay the applicable adult fare.
  • Cancellation is permitted before departure at a charge of USD 200. No refund on partly utilized tickets.
  • Book by 29th October 2008 (23:59 EST).
